MEETING & CONFERENCE FACILITIES
The Heidrick Ag History Center looks forward to providing you with the ideal setting for your special occasion or meeting. Whatever the size, large or small, we have appropriate space and amenities.
Pleasant Surroundings
The banquet/conference room features controllable lighting, plenty of electrical access, lush carpeting and a neutral color scheme that makes decorating easy. The beautifully landscaped 60-by-300-foot courtyard is a perfect setting for your wedding or other special occasion.
Large Capacity
Our 4,800-square-foot banquet/conference room can be attractively divided in half rooms to meet your needs. The full room accommodates 400 for classroom seating and 325 for a seated dinner service. Half of the room seats 200 for a conference and 150 for a meal..
Catering kitchen
The facility features a fully-equipped catering kitchen where your caterer is welcome, or we can put you in touch with several excellent local caterers.
Included in the rental cost:
- Sound system with podium

- Portable bar
- Room set up
- An 15-by-15-foot dance floor is available at an extra charge.

(Rates are for a 6-hour period. Additional per hour charge is indicated in parentheses. Please call us for weekday and non-profit rates.)
Banquet Room Sunday through Thursday
- Full room $895 ($100)
- Half room $595 ($75)
Banquet Room Friday and Saturday
- Full room $995 ($100)
Courtyard
- Sunday through Thursday $695 ($100)
- Friday and Saturday $795 ($100)
Museum
The museum itself can be rented after public hours for that special event looking for historic ambience. The cost is $695 and $100 per hour for time over the 6-hour rental period.
Requirements:
- Insurance is required.
- Security is required for most events.
- Rental rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
Deposits
- A deposit is required to hold your reservation.
- Full room or courtyard deposit $500
- Half room deposit $250
